If you are a school, please contact our sales team. They will assist you in signing up. It an easy process that provide a lot of capability to school and ease of communication to parents.
If you are a parent, simply download the app and ensure that your kid’s school is Skoolify on-boarded. Once school will upload the data, you will start getting the details.
You will not be able to register the app, unless any one school has registered your mobile number against your child.
Either the second school is not on-boarded with Skoolify or they have not yet added your child in the system along with parent’s detail. Please contact your school and request them to update the record.
Ideally, if you re-open the app, it will fetch the updates. In case you dont have updated data, this means school has not updated the records.
